FEE GUIDELINES

The fees for most cases are determined by the hours it takes to complete the case at the attorney's hourly rate. A retainer is required in each hourly case, with the amount varying depending on the complexity of the case. Any unused portion of the retainer is refunded to the client at the conclusion of the case.

Most criminal cases, Last Will and Testaments, prenuptial agreements, Power of Attorney are generally taken at a flat rate.

Personal injury cases are usually taken on a contingent fee basis i.e. the law firm does not charge for its work but instead takes a percentage of any amount recovered.
