Thomas Berry charges $225 per hour for cases other than criminal or personal injury. Michelle Berry Domer charges $190 per hour and Jeffrey S. Ankrom charges $125 per hour. A retainer is required in each hourly case, with the amount varying depending on the complexity of the case.

Criminal cases are usually taken at a flat rate payable in advance. Personal injury cases are usually taken on a contingent fee basis: i.e. the law firm does not charge for its work but instead takes a percentage of any amount recovered.
