Born Columbus, Ohio, March 30, 1939; admitted to bar, 1965, Indiana; also
admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court,
Southern District of Indiana. Preparatory education: The Ohio State
University (B.S., 1962); legal education, Indiana University (J.D.,
1965). Member of Phi Delta Phi Fraternity. Prosecuting Attorney, Tenth
Judicial Circuit, Indiana, 1967-73. Member, Monroe County, Indiana State
(Chair, Litigation Section, 1995) and American Bar
Associations. |
A 1965 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law, he has an
accounting degree from Ohio State University and was employed as an
intern at Price Waterhouse as an auditor while at Ohio State. Mr. Berry
was twice elected as Prosecuting Attorney of Monroe County (1966 and
1970). He has also served as Chair of the Litigation Section of the
Indiana State Bar Association (1995).

Michelle Berry Domer is a 1992 graduate of the Indiana University School
of Law. Since joining her father's law practice, she has focused
primarily on family law and mediation. She handles all of the
firm's probate work, and most of the firm's
family law cases.
Other members of Thomas Berry's family assist in the firm's operations.
His daughter, Joslyn B. Ellison, is the firm's investigator and legal assistant,
and his wife, Sue Berry, serves as the bookkeeper and billing clerk.
